The Visitor Visa Program is an excellent opportunity for International Students to learn English and experience Australian culture by studying in one of Australia’s leading English language schools.

Who should do this course?

• Students who are travelling to Australia, on a visitor/tourist visa and wish to study in an English program.
• Students can enrol at NIC at any time and join the current English classes.
• Students can apply individually or come in groups. If the group comprises of 10 or more students they would form their own class; that is, not integrated into the ELICOS classes. The exception to this policy is if the group is enrolled for a full 10 week course as per the NIC Academic Calendar

Entry Requirements:

• Applicants should be between 12-18 years of age
• Course duration: 1- 12 weeks
• English Tuition Fee $360 per week
• Course materials including textbooks - per course $195
• Homestay Application fee $250 Incurs 10% GST (Government Serviice Tax)
• $240 per week for 12 years Homestay rent & over
• $330 per week if under 12 years,
• request drop off & pickup or has special needs (Homestay rent incurs $2.50 GST per week)
• Airport reception Fee (each way) $100 If requiired,, fee iis each way Incurs 10% GST (Group charges on appllicatiion)

Accommodation:

• Students who are 12 years or older can live in a homestay organized by Nudgee International College
• Alternatively, students can live with their parents or close relative.

Application Process:

• Complete NIC application form (below) and fax to NIC
• NIC will assess the application and make an offer within 2 working days
• Acceptance of offer and full payment required prior to arrival
• Homestay application form and full payment of homestay fees required
• Students will sit an English placement test upon arrival

Student Services:

• Nudgee International College organises homestay accommodation for students with one of our safe, friendly homestay families.

Homestay accommodation includes:

• Three meals a day – breakfast, lunch & dinner
• Weekly laundry service
• Emergency support and counselling available
• Airport pick up upon arrival and departure (if required on application)
• Each students will be issued with a certificate of attendance along with their attendance level

* Transfer fee will apply to students who change their enrolment to the long-term high school program depending on the school of choice
Refund policy: NO refunds are given at any stage on the Visitor Visa Programs
